Contract Duration: 24 months
Role Overview:
The Data Analyst will manage and analyze project data, ensuring accurate tracking of design reviews, compliance reports, and performance metrics. This role supports informed decision-making, progress reporting, and ongoing improvements for the Design Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track project KPIs and deliverables.
- Analyze trends and compliance data to support management decisions.
- Manage data inputs using ACONEX or similar systems, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare periodic technical and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Support the Project Manager and review teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
- Assist in the documentation and archiving of review records and compliance certifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis for urban development or architectural projects.
- Proficiency with project management data platforms, ideally ACONEX.
- Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
