Role Overview:
The Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations, ensure work quality, monitor contractor performance, and report on construction progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans.
- Monitor contractor work quality and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and other engineers to resolve site issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Ensure site safety and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in site supervision for similar office or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent reporting and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
