Mr. AlMutair started as a Mechanical Engineer. In no time, his talent and drive launched him all the way to Assistant General Manager for a development projects center, before opening his own company, Development Keys for Engineering Consultants.
His expertise lies in business development, bidding, project management, and human resources. Eng. AlMutair’s visionary approach and remarkable -30year track record solidify him as a leading figure in the Saudi Arabian engineering and construction industry.

A dynamic leader with a results-oriented approach, Ziad excels at building relationships and delivering on client commitments. Prior to joining Eco Archs, his career spanned project management for a major international construction firm and managing mega-projects for a leading telecommunications company.
Leveraging his expertise in electrical engineering and international management, Ziad plays a pivotal role in crafting eco archs’ growth strategies and ensuring their continued success.
Aya Hneini
Aya is a seasoned business development professional with a strong track record of driving growth across various industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree, an MBA, and an MA in Marketing from London. As a distinguished Chevening Scholar, selected from a pool of 16,000 applicants, Aya has gained a deep understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning. Her achievements have earned her multiple accolades, including the Exeter University Commendation and sales champion awards.
With expertise in business development, sales, and marketing, she has successfully managed projects, negotiated complex deals, and contributed to multi-million dollar sales annually. Her passion extends beyond her corporate role, as she has founded youth entrepreneurship initiatives and mentored thousands. Aya has delivered over 1,000 hours of training on topics such as business development, sales, negotiation, and digital marketing. Her ability to identify opportunities and build strong relationships makes her a valuable asset to any organization.

Fabio Bronda OF BRONDA ARCHITECTS - ITALY
Born in southern Italy to a family of artists, Fabio Bronda’s artistic journey began at age five. His father, an actor and sculptor, and his great-uncle, a renowned Neapolitan artist and professor, both influenced him deeply. He honed his skills at the Liceo Artistico delle Orsoline in Rome, then studied architecture at “La Sapienza” and earned a master’s in naval architecture in Milan. After designing yachts for prominent Italian studios, he transitioned to luxury retail design, creating spaces for brands like Bvlgari and Chanel. After living in London and Brussels, he returned to Milan to open his own architectural studio, collaborating with international partners.
